Sally titanium Kimblebook bit – Fager
The SALLY TITANIUM KIMBLEHOOK bit. It follows the natural shape of the horse's mouth with its center piece rolling smoothly and eliminating constant pressure on the tongue. The bit breaks on the outside of the tongue and the caster drops lower than the joints so that pressure can be increased when needed without exerting constant traction on the bit. It softens the usual excessive pressure of the bits in the center of the tongue and allows a more consistent sensation in the horse's mouth, which gains in comfort without causing loss of the quality of the contact.

The fruit of scientific studies, Fager titanium bits combine extreme lightness with precise, high-quality contact. The diversity of models offered by the brand makes it possible to refine the searches and find the bit that best corresponds to the type of contact sought, however precise it may be.
The anatomical shape of this bit follows the contour of the mouth and divides the pressure between the bars and the tongue. Its branches are also longer and allow a more direct and direct effect of the actions of the hands on the horse's mouth. The lower the reins are placed on the sides of the bit rings, the greater the effect of the hand actions.
The lightness of the titanium offers a permanent light contact, comfortable and allows the horse to focus on the precision of the requests rather than on the discomfort caused by the bit in the mouth.
This bit, used with finesse, accuracy and flexibility, allows technical and precise work to be carried out. It is particularly suitable for horses which can be naturally heavy while remaining sensitive in the mouth, which do not support contact well and which may try to escape it by passing the tongue or by making rapid and sometimes sudden movements of the head. It is also suitable for horses with a low palate with a larger tongue, for which it is often difficult to find bits that remove the bad pressure often exerted in their mouths.
Hooks and chain are included.
This bit is authorized in competition.
"The use of titanium, which is very light, makes contact with the horse's mouth very pleasant and contrary to what we might think, this bit can lighten a horse that is a little heavy on the hand and tighten those who tend to let go more. The fact that it is in 3 pieces and designed to follow the shape of the jaw leads to regularity in the contact between the bit and the horse's mouth, and therefore a very good connection between it and the rider's hand.
On this bit in particular, the presence of the roulette wheel makes it possible to have a horse more receptive to actions and lighter thanks to the discontinuous contact it makes possible on the tongue. It is well suited to horses who tend to lean and land a bit on the bits offering more continuous contact. » Kevin Staut
